Is it possible to allow the availabilty to drag an event from outside of the calendar, one which is not planned yet? Exemple: https://fullcalendar.io/releases/fullcalendar-scheduler/1.9.4/demos/external-dragging.html Thanks

dongsik-yoo commented 6 years ago

@dongsik-yoo you have this same answer today?

dongsik-yoo commented 5 years ago

@osmarpetry same answer, not planned yet. @jungeun-cho Check this feature.

@jungeun-cho this is really a good to have feature, and necessary for our use case. Is it planned yet?

Hello, any updates for this feature?

dongsik-yoo commented 5 years ago

We're moving on v2 until this year. And new view types will be considered Jan 2020. Thank you.

I have been looking for a calendar which does everything we need and this looked perfect up until the external dragging. We want to use something to drag in date/times, but also drag in other aspects for shift allocation (i.e. assigning employees to a shift/event, assigning vehicles etc.). Hope this is included in v2 :)

@nmacchitella Nope 😢 We're still working on v2, but it's focused on improving the architecture to implement new features like this easier.

No worries! Thanks for the heads up!

Hey guys! May be there is some workaround to implement external drag&drop events? May be some kind of dropzone attribute or something else? This feature would be extremely useful! Thanks in advance!
