Resource Scheduler #233

Hello,

It would be great to add a new view, called Resource. This should display events for each calendar on each row.

Related requests (#200 #237 #299 #430 #438). The latest update was 24th October 2019:

@mariusa There was a constant demand for resource views. It's also in our 2.0 plan. Thanks for your attention.

@tkav I appreciate for your attention. We are in progress. TOAST UI Calendar v2 is totally being rewritten. So it'll take a little long time than we think.
