Device EUI : Milesight 컨트롤러 deviceEui payload Type : Ascii, Hex, BASE64중에서 메뉴얼 상으로 HEX코드로 되어있음

payload: Controller로 보낼 명령어를 HEX코드로 보내면 됨(메뉴얼 맨 밑 3. Downlink Payload 참조)
