getUnsolvedOutlier: 확인되지 않은 이상치 목록을 불러옵니다.

createOutlier: 새로운 이상치의 값을 db에 저장합니다.

updateOutlier: 버튼을 누른 이상치를 확인 상태로 변경합니다.

flag가 생성될때는 0이고 확인이 끝나면 1로 변경합니다.
