Remove command line parametrization in favor of one file containing:

Destination file
Source files
Parameters of image operations

Configuration file will contain

Source folder containing the files to be used
Channels to be used (comma-separated)

Results will be stored in subfolder ("results") of the source folder. Besides the coordinates stored in a txt-file, results will contain an image containing a visualization of the results (targets and ROIs).
