Work out the requirements for the visualizer

Visualizer is not meant to be a separate application. Instead, a flag in the configuration file will determine whether the results are shown as an image after the analysis is done.

The detected targets are indicated by crosshairs, while the ROIs are indicated by being surrounded by a solid border.

Just a frame with a picture.
