How to determine threshold for maximum finder #20

In some images determining the maxima properly requires the maximum finder's threshold to be 60 or higher, whille other images do not yield any results with a threshold above 50. We need to find a way to determine the threshold from the image data. Perhaps something like difference between average and maximum.

Not required when using particle analysis twice.
