Include nuclei that are close to the edges into analysis #22

Nuclei that are close to the image's edge are currently not included when looking for ROIs. In the next version these nuclei are suppossed to be included.

No longer using ParticleAnalyzer.EXCLUDE_ON_EDGES when searching for ROIs.
