Has to be configurable similar the to viewer. Exact requirements have yet to be determined.

What result is expected? Mean distance? Distance of every detected nucleoli? Which nucleoli are to be taken into account? Only those that are used as targets or all detected nucleoli?

Only the targeted nucleolus is considered in distance measurement.
