Follow things #11

I want to be able to follow "things". If I really liked a problem I can "follow" it and get notified when a new solution is added for it. Same for users, maybe judges & categories.

I should be able to "subscribe" to events and get notified about them.

Once we have followed things the dashboard could be an activity stream of things you're following, like "someone added a solution" and stuff like this.
