Driveby: merge css #29

Does it make sense to have two css-files for driveby?

It would facilitate things at my end if I could work with one driveby.css instead of form.css and dialog.css.

Nic says there is a reason. I don't understand it but his word is good enough for me.

One id for the overlay (on the sahed page) and one is for the iframe. Can"t be sure if the iframe picks up styles of the including pages in all browsers.
