It is annoying if you a) are in the middle of the article b) share c) are at the beginning again and have to re-find the bit where you clicked »share«

-Find out whether an overlay that does not alter the position of the website is possible. -Find out if a popup is possible after all

In any case, the sharing may consists of several request-response roundtrips (insert into tt-rss DB, maybe login first). Clearly works good in a popup, also in an iframe shown in an overlay?
