Actually add the chimera_dropped code #50

@nhoffman I realized that with https://github.com/nhoffman/dada2-nf/issues/49, I'd targeted the uncomment-get-unmerged branch rather than master, which set up an order expectation when it came to merging branches. Looks like you merged #49 after #48, meaning that the changes in #49 never made it to master. This PR corrects that, and properly targets master.

Will need another tag, or to move the recently placed [1.15.3]
