Setup CI #6

Wonder if netlify (#5) will let me run arbitrary commands to for testing.

netlify won't let me unfortunately, can't even run apt-get, they say its best to check in binaries into the repo with them lol.

Tried out GitHub Actions which was too slow, then GitLab CI which didn't integrate well with GitHub, clicking commits in CI would take u to the gitlab mirror... and then I tried Codefresh but refused to use it when they blocked me from using it without completing a survey. Now we're on CircleCI, very impressed, its so fast. 35s CI! :D
