Latest version of `nock` is not compatible with Flutter v3.x #68

Some of the tests are failing because the latest version of nock does not support the latest version of Flutter.

Any movement or update on this? as I've just updated to flutter v3 and am now experiencing these issues.

Please check our latest version https://pub.dev/packages/nhost_sdk/versions/4.0.0-dev.9 which is compatible with Flutter 3
