What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. git clone pdfium
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That I have at least a README telling me how to compile this, since it doesn't 
use a standard build system

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Fedora 20 + f05b6115f6b5b7a47f2c8834779987cdd3e8d52e from the git repo
