[BUGFIX] Remove noCacheHash for uri.action #25

https://docs.typo3.org/other/typo3/view-helper-reference/10.4/en-us/typo3/fluid/latest/Uri/Action.html#nocachehash is also deprecated in v10, so that should be ok for v10 too:

Deprecated: Set this to suppress the cHash query parameter created by TypoLink. You should not need this
