Contributor guidelines say we need to fork, when we can branch #46

Currently we can create a new branch and raise a PR request, which does not require a fork. Mentioned, but not resolved by #45

People with write access to the repo can branch, but those who are outside the repo and GitHub entirely need to make a fork, that's why it says that. We could certainly clarify this.

No you're completely right- I managed to confuse my write access to my fork with this repo 🙄. I think it is clear enough!
