ggplot2-visualizations pull request #53

Hi NHS-R team, thanks for the opportunity to contribute to the demos-and-how-tos project. Please find in this pull request a small collection of ggplot2 charts that I am exploring whilst I practise R using what I learnt on my Secondment as R developer. I am glad to be able to contribute to the wider NHS-R community

Added two folders with camcoder R Script and GIF output. Also created new Data folder with raw csv and Excel files used on each GGPLOT2 charts
