Is renv necessary? #81

Sorry if this is a stupid question but is renv necessary in this repo?

The action at the moment calls setup R followed by setup renv - this is (imo) the best way to get actions to run reliably... but, if this is purely a book then we could possibly drop all the R setup

Removed renv as using docker container through GitHub
