Re-write Autoauto's value types

Current Status:

We have 8 value types:

• Numeric Value -- 0.3, -2, etc etc etc.
• Function -- Confusingly, this isn't used for built-in functions. It's only used when you manually define a function with function fooName() {}
• Resolved Titled Argument -- five = 5. This is used when you do something like driveOmni(v = 0.3, h = 0, r = 0)
• Undefined -- can only be "undefined"
• String -- text
• Boolean -- true/false
• Table -- like an object, except without a strict syntax. Basically like Javascript's Object.
• UnitValue -- a number with a unit attached. Technically, it can be treated like a number! 3cm - 3cm will be 0cm.

Improvements

• [x] Make a primitives package inside the values package
• [x] Move the primitives there.
• [x] Rename ResolvedTitledArg to something more, uh, sensible-- Tuple, maybe? Symbolic? Or maybe just Title?
