Summary

A known user need is to improve ways to communicate with the NHSBSA on Open Data. This work will create an online forum for users to engage with us in the open.

Intended outcome

The aim is to create opportunities for users to engage with the NHSBSA. This could include making requests for future work, feeding back on what they have done with our data sets, or raising questions on data releases.

How will it work?

We will use the GitHub Discussions functionality, linked to the GitHub Roadmap, to create space for conversations to take place.

Open Data discussions is now live and users to start to leave feedback on the Open Data Portal, our data sets, and the roadmap itself.
