Use nhsbsa.nhs.uk domain for the playbook #211

Currently the playbook is hosted and accessed via GitHub pages i.e. https://nhsbsa.github.io/nhsbsa-digital-playbook/

It would be good to explore the possibility of using an nhsbsa.nhs.uk domain too e.g. https://ddat.nhsbsa.nhs.uk or https://ddat-playbook.nhsbsa.nhs.uk or https://digital-data-technology.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/

Why

Adding the playbook to an NHSBSA domain should help increase visibility of the playbook and be a lot easier to remember when people need to return when guidance is needed.

@yantantether do you know who could help with this please? Just not great when sharing the link round and still references just digital... even if we can 'just' update that part to DDaT for now perhaps? Don't know who has access to do the work sorry so feel free to tag others
