Statement: “The NHS England Target Architecture also states…”
I can’t see the term “common national services” or even the word “target” on that page?
Don’t think it is necessary to add this in. We have referenced the Target Architecture and I think that is enough – this is only an intro!
Statement: “in the form of a ‘private beta’ ”
Probably would be worth checking (not sure who decides) that the project isn’t subject to GDS assessments. If so, they’d block moving to Private Beta without having passed an Alpha assessment.

Not sure about this – Tim was the co-author of the PoC report which recommended a private beta – and either way we have conducted an alpha in Leeds in that PoC anyway. Who would we go to find out? In any case can we please change wording to:
A decision was made to continue with the development of the NRLS in four key regions across the NHS identified for their digital maturity as outlined below.
In the lists for the two phases, capitalisation of the bullet points (and ‘shared Care Record’ ) is quite mixed up.
