Email to us when user registers - add the environment #191

When an email is sent to the checker mailbox to notify us that a new user has just registered, could we add something to indicate which environment the email came from?

This is so that we don't confuse live requests for test/dev requests. Something in the body of the email will be fine.

Checked and verified as working in the DEV environment.

The email now shows the website address from which the email was originated.

This has already been implemented. No changes necessary.
