GP Connect repository names follow the same capitalisation style:

nhsconnect/gpconnect nhsconnect/gpconnect-fhir nhsconnect/gpconnect-provider-testing

etc

except for nhsconnect/GPConnect-Messaging

Suggest we align for consistency?

This has now been aligned.
