Check new SDS queries are being used #230

Check the consumer is using new SDS queries as per the 1.2.3 specification:

The SCAL requirement regarding this has been updated to ensure the SDS query is carried out using the new flow, during consumer assurance this evidence will be requested to ensure compliance
