Manual test to check the organisation that dispensed the issue where available. Also test to check that only populate for a MedicationRequest with an intent = order. For a MedicationRequest with an intent = plan this field is not populated

Updated MRM-33 - performer to cater for the change to the spec as detailed. Closed
