Decision / Action: Look to remove page, review content and add to new “Core requirements” page(s)

@MikeStacey do you think this page should be updated as a priority for the next release? I've suggested it is a lower priority.

This is already being covered by the core requirements that have gone out for review. It would be more work not to include it in the next release.
