Date time formats #747

Do we need to specify a date time format for all occurrences in our specification?

Currently TPP return some time as zulu time.

Just to add that appointments has specified date time to be returned in local time (with the time zone specifier present), as there was a discrepancy initially between EMIS and TPP.
