Split resources #6

Changes the package read page to split the resources into documentation and data, based on the format of the resource. If the format is DOC, DOCX or PDF then it will be marked as documentation - otherwise data.

It's deployed in vagrant on my local machine :) Will push onto my staging server so we can take a look.
