During the NHS Data Science Placement week commencing 15 July, we introduced two methods of data science ways of working: python programming and collaborative works on GitHub. Students had a rotation of four data science teams to link up their learnings. At the end of the placement week, they had a mock interview and an optional task to build a classifier function with if-else conditions to find which group (of the sessions) they could match the session information.

This issue was given to students as an example how to submit their optional task so that their python codes or ideas of creating a function can be assessed by the data science teams. We've set the submission due COP 26 July, and if any submissions then will feedback to the owner(s).
