OpenSAFELY has two orgs #23

OpenSAFELY use two Github orgs: Open Safely Core is for study code and user documentation, the second one is for the platform infrastructure code, and is 100% open sourced public repos.

Need to include both those orgs. Either under the OpenSAFELY banner or list them separately.
