Clarification: url included in example for DocumentReference.content #17

The example for DocumentReference.content includes:

            "url": "https://health.trust.uk/CarePlanReport_44301kfgd.pdf",

This is not specified and does not seem to be relevant; should it be removed to avoid confusion?

Thank you for raising - it is correct that it is not relevant and so has been removed from the example in v0.4
