In addition to automatically capturing 'failed' mobileformulary sessions we should probably make it easier for users not acquainted with raising github issues to give us feedback.

Feedback might help product discovery and better design for safety and user experience.

From [1] Text feedback box. We realize that timely interaction with clinicians using the system is needed to ensure patient safety in ATHENA-Opioid Therapy. For example, if a clinician identifies an unexpected problem with the accuracy of the recommendations, it is important that this information be quickly reported to the development team so that it can be promptly corrected.

For this purpose, we created a feedback button that allows clinicians to send us text feedback about any issues they encounter using the system. This feedback is reviewed frequently, and responses are sent to clinicians. The importance of early detection of unexpected problems cannot be overstated to ensure the generation of correct recommendations. [2]

Are you volunteering to have the email pointed at your inbox and then turn them into github issues ? ;)
