Add other links next to "About" #9

Can we add 2 more links next the the About link on the front page? Something like: Add Consent Form | Leave Feedback | About (or however you guys suggest...?)

hey Ben this is done, I'm considering wrapping it in a menu for mobiles, what do you reckon?

(it would be a hamburger style menu a la http://londonsparrows.com, probably at the bottom rather than the top)

Sounds good to me, I like the idea of the hamburger menu!
