Webtrends being called when not available #240

Noticed if webtrends is not set it is still trying to make calls which result in JS errors.

Should check that webtrends is present before calling some of its methods.

Noticed this bug clicking through guide navigation, eg Type 2 diabetes.

This was fixed with #267
