What

The entry of date and time information is a fundamental function within clinical and administrative processes. Therefore, healthcare professionals should have a clear mechanism for entry of an accurate date or time value, and be assisted to disambiguate entries when necessary

Service: Submit your electronic declaration A form GP practices have to fill in annually to make sure their details are up to date. Practices are required to check/add their opening hours.

We had a checklist first so users could say which day they were open. Then depending on what days selected go through each day. If the practice is shut at lunchtime for example, users can add another row to add another opening time for that day.

Note these designs have not been tested with users.
