Content snippets and common headings #333

What

We've identified a need to agree common headings, e.g.

Also we often repeat advice (eg how to use a cold/hot pack) and waste time at crits trying to find topics where we last agreed on best wording.

It would save time if we agreed to use certain wording, unless there's evidence that for a particular topic alternative wording would work better.

Why

We now have functionality in the NHS website CMS (Wagtail) to deploy content snippets. There is an opportunity to make our work more efficient.

Potential next step

Set up a crit with content designers who work on scale up/transformed conditions to agree some of this, starting with headings for conditions topics. Also consider content modularisation (COMO) and medicines.
