Some work we did on paperless referrals in eRS. Patient receives this if they have an NHS login account and get referred.

We recently used HTML emails in the 'Get a self-isolation note' service. We used the NHS template in the GOV.UK verify service as we just needed something simple and NHS branded. I will post any user research findings from that here.
We started exploring email notifications in the Standards Directory service for users who wanted to be alerted to any changes to standards they're following as well as general updates. These are the initial emails we've taken to research and some issues have come up including how we manage multiple subscriptions and confirmations across both these areas along with how we batch notifications. GOV.UK Notify is something we would like to explore later on.
