Review Links in the Service Standard Pages #1144

Why

We should look to add additional further information from more recent blogs as this not only gives additional relevant recent information to users but ensure users are confident the service manual is being kept up to date.

What

All guidance links are dated – all information is 2 years old. GDS have not been updating guidance generally over the past 12-18 months – this is likely to change with new team.

Done When

To Do

Links are not all up to date, are there more recent posts from Matt Edgar that are relevant?

Encouraging people to use your service online – consider something about not being digital first but still want to maximise the potential usage of the digital service.

The more recent blogs by Matt Edgar may be relevant here.

Some of the links would benefit from more recent information being found.

Are there any policy papers from NHSx that should be linked form this section

Links are dated but may be the latest versions as the idea of coding in the open has been around for a relative long time (All links seem to be from 2017).

@georginaplatt, shall we have a chat this week?

@georginaplatt, I've created a task for myself #1390 . Shall we keep this issue open till you get a response from Shan and Terence?
