What

NHS.UK's Information Architecture team expect to have findings from their work that are worth sharing more widely via the service manual.

Why

Their IA findings will be well tested on the NHS website and will be of value to other services in the health and care sector.

Before starting

The IA guidance for the Service Manual work is now on hold for the remainder of 2021.
