What

We've rapidly spun up a number of new services in recent months. I've started to gather examples of hint text, error messages and "bad luck" pages and am comparing them with GDS ones.

For review and to include good, tested examples in the service manual.

Why

We've seen some inconsistency, but also some instances where teams may have improved on GDS versions. Also some new forms questions.

Tasks

[ ] Finish gathering examples [ ] Organise and compare with GDS [ ] Publish via GitHub and Slack for comment [ ] Organise a meeting (Style Council and Design Huddle?) to decide what if anything we want to publish in the service manual

Can you also consider publishing examples for discussion here, for those of us who don't have access to confluence?

Thanks Caroline. Once I've got a full, organised spreadsheet, I'll see if I can publish it in the open for people outside NHSD to see and comment on.
