What

We have identified a few areas of the NHS service standard that need more work.

Tasks

Consider the following:

Point 10 - Need a better understanding of the DSPT and this will be in the second level guidance.

@sarawilcox No but will look into this as part of the ticket. I will get this issue added to the ticket and try to address through the work I am doing

Review comments:

I would suggest that the open source blog is linked to Point 12 – make new source code open.

The link to the ODS and FHIR APIs should be under point 17 – make your system interoperable.

The DSPT issue is around point 9 – Respect and protect users’ confidentiality and privacy. I would suggest a link is added to the read more about this section: https://www.dsptoolkit.nhs.uk/

We need to take great care not to be seen to be changing the UK Government Service Standard on which this is based. Surely the core text must be the same? Then additional guidance should be added after.
