Install latest version of NHS.UK frontend (v5.2.0) #216

Description

New version of NHS.UK frontend has been published, we need to update the Wagtail plugin to match

Note the changes to inline SVG height and width attributes: https://github.com/nhsuk/nhsuk-frontend/pull/761

The rest should just be simple version update.

Will also need installing on nhs.uk
