The frontend library is namespaced at nhsuk-frontend on github, and nhsuk-frontend on npm.

Should this project be renamed to wagtail-nhsuk-frontend?

I think we have decided that wagtail-nhsuk-frontend is the way forward.

This rename could happen as part of the pipeline setup #28 (azure devops?) and moving the project out of my pypi account and into an "official" nhsuk one.
