Context

Reviewers need to submit their view of results - as the designs are still in flow this simply adds the functionality designed to be extended later.

Adds a review selector
Adds the ability to submit a review of a result

Guidance to review

Ensure there's a test result in the queue
Load up the reviewer app
Submit the result, and check the network tab to ensure it's sent properly
