Context

The protoype has been updated since we created the web app based on user research, this PR is to bring the content inline

Changes proposed in this pull request

Create/edit pages to match the flow of the prototype - in particular moving away from the results screen to a "Test complete" screen

Guidance to review

Check it out and navigate through the test flow
