Context

As our requirements have become more solidified, we have begun to remove unused components & code as to make the application as simple as possible

Changes proposed in this pull request

Remove unused components
Remove broken 404 page
- Correctly import SCSS on the app component
Remove unused util functions

Guidance to review

Check out the application and run it, ensure it behaves as expected and builds correctly
