Context

Files without direct unit testing (due to the early pace of development) need to have tests written around them, this adds tests to the testApi

Changes proposed in this pull request

Add nock to allow for web request intercepting for tests
Pass apiBase to testApi to allow for testing
Add tests for all methods in testApi
